Shortbread Cookies

This is my second attempt at making shortbread cookies. The first attempt happened this evening but i didn’t bake it long enough and there was a strange coloring on the bottom of the cookies. Thy is batch is a little on the flaky side but yummy tasting.

  1. My friend Mary said to use 1/2 rice flour to make more crispy & hold it together more. Add 2 pt flour to 1 part cornstarch…melt in your mouth.
